About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about being the friendly face that patients remember long after their appointment? We’re searching for a full-time Receptionist who thrives in fast-paced medical environments and genuinely enjoys helping others. This is more than just a desk job: you’ll be at the heart of our reputable medical center in Dubai, where your attention to detail and welcoming presence will make a real difference to people’s healthcare experiences. With a competitive salary and a warm, collaborative team awaiting you, this is the perfect spot for someone looking to take the next step in healthcare admin.

About the Company

Step into a workplace where compassion and professionalism go hand in hand. We’re a well-established medical center located in Dubai, known in the community for our patient-first approach and seamless care. Our diverse team celebrates collaborative work and open communication — think weekly tea breaks, a “no question is too small” policy, and team lunches to celebrate milestones (even the quirky ones). Continuous learning, mutual respect, and a drive to support every patient who walks through our doors: those are the values we live and breathe every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients and visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcome (and a little less nervous, because healthcare can be stressful!)
  • Handling patient registration using our medical records system — accuracy counts here
  • Managing appointments, follow-ups, cancellations, and calendar changes with both empathy and efficiency
  • Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other team members to keep the daily flow running smoothly
  • Verifying and processing medical insurance documents; communicating directly with insurance companies for claims and approvals
  • Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries — not just with answers, but with genuine care
  • Managing patient files, keeping confidentiality and privacy top of mind at all times
  • Assisting with billing and payment collection, ensuring transactions are handled professionally

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience working as a receptionist in a hospital, medical center, or clinic (this one’s non-negotiable)
  • Hands-on experience dealing with medical insurance — from paperwork to claim approvals and everything in between
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you can make people feel at ease, even on a busy day
  • Comfort with medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good spoken and written English; Arabic fluency is a big plus

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous work experience in Dubai or the UAE healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with medical billing software
  • Ability to juggle priorities if things get hectic (because sometimes, they do!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 3000-4000, based on your unique experience and skills
  • Supportive, close-knit team that celebrates both wins and lessons learned
  • Opportunity for growth and ongoing training in a respected medical facility
  • Employee wellness initiatives and occasional team outings — your health matters, too
  • Stable, full-time position with set daytime hours (so your evenings are yours)

We’re a team that genuinely cares — about our patients and our people. If you’re ready to join a place where your contribution matters every single day, we can’t wait to meet you.
