What You’ll Be Doing
- Office Administrator:
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks — think scheduling appointments, handling document prep, and answering basic client inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient front desk, greeting visitors with a smile (or a quick cup of coffee, if needed).
- Help manage office inventory and place orders when supplies run low.
- Assist with basic data entry and file management — you’ll be the person who knows where everything is.
- Support the team with event planning or last-minute project requests (no two days are exactly the same).
- Office Boy/Girl:
- Keep all common areas spotless — a fresh workspace makes all the difference.
- Handle simple errands around the office or building, from sorting mail to preparing meeting rooms.
- Serve refreshments and offer guests a warm welcome.
- Provide general support wherever it’s needed; flexibility and a positive attitude go a long way here.
What You’ll Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in a similar office-based role (administration, office support, or facilities service work).
