About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to be at the heart of a bustling office where every day brings something new? We’re on the lookout for an energetic and professional Office Staff member to join our close-knit team right here in Al Rigga, Dubai. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love keeping things running smoothly, this might just be your kind of workplace. With a Sunday off every week and a hearty lunch provided, there’s plenty here to make your workday enjoyable and rewarding.
About the Company
We’re a growing team, rooted in the heart of Al Rigga — a neighborhood that buzzes with opportunity. Our office runs on warmth, collaboration, and a shared drive to make every client interaction a pleasant one. We pride ourselves on treating colleagues like family; lunchtime chats around our communal table have become a part of our office ritual. As we keep pace with Dubai’s fast-moving business scene, we still appreciate a good laugh (our impromptu birthday cake celebrations are legendary).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression — you’re the face of our office!
- Support day-to-day operations, from handling phone calls to scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Tidy up workspaces and ensure supplies are always on hand — somehow, you just know when we’re running low on pens.
- Assist team members with basic computer tasks like data entry, printing, or preparing simple documents.
- Jump in to help wherever needed: sometimes it’s booking a courier, other times it’s setting up for an internal meeting.
- Contribute to the positive, proactive vibe we’re known for — a little humor or encouragement goes a long way.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken — you know how to keep things clear and friendly.
- Basic computer knowledge (think: email, Word, a little Excel).
- A positive attitude and the willingness to pitch in for the good of the team.
- Ready to join us immediately.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous office or front desk experience (but it’s not a dealbreaker).
- Multilingual abilities — Dubai is a melting pot, after all!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly earnings: AED 2,500–3,000
- Enjoy your Sunday off — weekends are meant for you.
- Lunch on us, every day (no more lunchbox scramble in the morning).
- Convenient working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Supportive, team-based culture where your contributions are noticed.
- Opportunities to learn new office tech and take on more responsibility.
- Being part of a genuinely friendly office — team bonding isn’t just a buzzword here.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone eager to grow, belong, and make a difference. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you.
