About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ready to put your e-commerce savvy to work in a fast-growing online business? We’re searching for a proactive and organized Online Store Administrator (preferably female), based in Abu Dhabi, to take charge of the daily flow of our shop — from customer chats and order tracking, to keeping inventory (and our team) humming along. If streamlining digital storefronts, boosting sales, and making customers happy sounds like your idea of a good day at work, let’s talk about what makes this opportunity special.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit team with big ambitions, running an e-commerce business that’s all about making online shopping smooth, reliable, and a little bit delightful. Our office culture is friendly and flexible; we genuinely celebrate wins together and treat every customer interaction as a chance to shine. Situated in MBZ, Khalifa City, Shakhbout City, and Abu Dhabi proper, our business combines the innovative energy of a start-up with the grounded routines that keep online orders heading out the door on time. Think workplace WhatsApp chats, impromptu coffee runs, and the kind of supportive team where your ideas can really make a mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing every aspect of our online store’s daily operations — from login to logoff
  • Managing product listings: uploading fresh products, updating descriptions, and ensuring images look sharp
  • Handling orders end-to-end, including tracking, confirmations, shipping status, and speedy resolution of any hiccups
  • Maintaining inventory levels; coordinating with our suppliers to keep shelves (and carts) full
  • Responding to customer inquiries with genuine care — whether it’s a product question, an order issue, or post-purchase feedback
  • Analyzing sales performance and suggesting smart, practical ways to boost results
  • Spotting opportunities for promotions or improvements on the website (and helping run them)
  • Collaborating with a small, close-knit team that values open communication and a can-do attitude

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience administering an online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms)
  • Strong organizational chops — you can prioritize, juggle, and multitask with ease
  • Confident with order management, stock control, and basic supplier coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach; you handle tough situations with patience and professionalism
  • Based in Abu Dhabi (MBZ, Khalifa, Shakhbout City, or the city itself)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with online sales analytics, marketing tools, or social media integrations
  • Previous work in a local UAE e-commerce brand
  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience coordinating with delivery couriers and in-person fulfillment teams

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive, small-team environment — your impact will be seen and appreciated
  • Flexible work hours within reason; possibility for occasional remote work after onboarding
  • Opportunities to learn new digital tools and help shape our growth trajectory
  • Staff discounts on all store products (yes, your shopping habits just got a little easier)
  • Friendly, low-ego colleagues and a positive atmosphere

If you’re eager to be more than just a cog in the machine — and want your ideas and initiative to matter — this is a place you’ll truly enjoy. We’re excited to meet someone who wants to shape the future of online retail in Abu Dhabi right alongside us.
