What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of daily floor operations, ensuring both kitchen and front-of-house teams operate fluidly
- Managing, mentoring, and scheduling restaurant staff — your natural leadership will help our team shine
- Overseeing guest satisfaction and resolving any hiccups with grace (because things do happen — it’s how we respond that counts)
- Coordinating closely with chefs and kitchen leads to balance quality, efficiency, and creativity
- Keeping a watchful eye on inventory, placing orders as needed, and minimizing wastage without sacrificing standards
- Working with management to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable plans for growth

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a similar operations or management role within a busy restaurant
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Strong leadership skills — you’re fair, approachable, and comfortable making tough calls
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a bonus
- A knack for problem-solving, staying positive even when things get hectic
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s restaurant landscape and guest expectations
