What You’ll Be Doing
- Scouting out new business opportunities by visiting construction sites, architectural firms, and contractors across the region
- Presenting our range of roof tiles to clients — sometimes standing under the blazing sun, always knowing your product inside-out
- Building and maintaining relationships (think: remembering a site manager’s favorite color for tile samples)
- Negotiating prices and payment terms with customers, aiming for win-win outcomes
- Gathering feedback from customers and sharing insights with our production team to help us continually improve
- Handling basic paperwork for orders and quotations — yes, sometimes that means scribbling notes on the hood of your car
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in field or outdoor sales, ideally in construction materials or a related industry
- Strong communication skills — switching effortlessly between Arabic and English is a real plus
- A valid UAE driver’s license and the willingness to travel daily within the region
- Self-motivation and comfort working independently (there’s no one peering over your shoulder except maybe your own reflection in a showroom window)
