What You’ll Be Doing
- Distributing brochures and flyers at strategic public locations, hotels, and directly to potential customers interested in tourism experiences.
- Engaging with guests and passersby, introducing them to our range of travel and tourism services in a warm and helpful way.
- Spotlighting promotions and answering questions to spark genuine interest in exploring Abu Dhabi with us.
- Building and maintaining friendly relationships with hotel staff and reception teams as well as recurring customers.
- Tracking daily activity and submitting simple reports so the whole team can celebrate progress.
- Consistently striving to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for service packages and excursions.
- Listening to customer feedback and sharing insights during team huddles, helping us improve how we serve visitors.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Field/outdoor sales experience within the UAE—comfortable on your feet and talking with a range of people.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic or other language skills are a bonus in our international city.
- Enthusiasm for the travel and tourism industry and a positive, approachable personality.
- Self-motivated with the drive to achieve (and ideally, surpass!) sales goals.
- Good organization skills—punctuality and reliability make a huge difference in this role.
- Valid UAE residency or eligibility to obtain a work visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience distributing marketing materials or doing face-to-face customer engagement.
- Existing network within hotels or tourism venues in Abu Dhabi.
