What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting and carefully verifying employees’ attendance records, leave forms, and overtime claims without missing a beat
- Preparing and processing monthly payroll, ensuring every salary is correct and compliant with UAE labor standards
- Maintaining employee payroll files securely, respecting the utmost confidentiality at all times
- Communicating with HR and department managers to resolve any payroll discrepancies or last-minute changes
- Calculating bonus payments, allowances, deductions, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits as needed
- Preparing payroll reports for management and supporting audits with accurate and timely data
- Monitoring changes in labor law and internal policy, and updating payroll processes accordingly
- Answering payroll-related queries from employees—patiently and professionally, no matter how routine or complex

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll processes
- Sound Excel skills—think VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas you don’t have to Google

- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
- Comfortable collaborating with HR, Finance, and Operations teams
