About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who obsesses over details—double-checking, then triple-checking every number until you’re sure it’s just right? If handling confidential information with care and keeping the wheels of a company turning smoothly sounds like your ideal workday, this Payroll Administrator role might be calling your name. Nestled right in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai, this is a chance to be part of a dynamic environment where precision is valued and every paycheck tells a story.

About the Company

Our team in Business Bay is a lively collection of professionals who believe that behind every successful business is a happy, well-supported workforce. The company is growing, which means your work will have real impact, and you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who appreciate accuracy as much as camaraderie. Friday afternoons? You’ll often find us swapping weekend plans over fresh-brewed Arabic coffee in the break room.

  • Comfortable collaborating with HR, Finance, and Operations teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with WPS (Wages Protection System) payroll processing

  • Supportive team culture—your work will be valued, and your opinion heard
