What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Execute plumbing installations, repairs, and upgrades on diverse construction projects across Dubai
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, translating specs into flawless, leak-free piping
- Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and fellow trades to keep schedules on track
- Ensure all work meets approved technical standards and local regulations — no shortcuts, no guesswork
- Troubleshoot system issues and offer smart, efficient solutions under pressure
- (For subcontractors) Manage onsite teams, safety compliance, and deliverables according to trade license terms
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with construction plumbing projects (residential and/or commercial)
- Up-to-date knowledge of approved technical specifications and best practices
- Solid teamwork and communication skills — we rely on each other, especially during crunch time
- Problem-solving mindset; ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy
- (For subcontractors) Valid UAE trade license
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with the latest eco-friendly plumbing technologies
- Prior experience on landmark Dubai builds
