What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging directly with clients to uncover both their obvious and hidden technical needs
  • Designing and presenting tailored IT solutions that align with customer requirements
  • Delivering persuasive product demos and technical presentations (sometimes virtually, sometimes face-to-face—variety keeps things interesting)
  • Collaborating closely with our sales, consulting, and engineering teams to craft winning proposals
  • Responding to RFPs, preparing technical documentation, and supporting tender processes
  • Acting as a technical advisor during pre-sales meetings, clarifying questions, smoothing concerns, and building trust
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and bringing fresh insights to the table
  • Occasionally, helping onboard clients with their new solutions—nothing beats seeing the finished result in action

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience (2+ years ideal) as a Presales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a similar client-facing technical role
  • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure—networks, cloud, security, you name it
  • Excellent communication skills (in both English and, ideally, Arabic) with a gift for distilling technical ideas for a non-technical audience
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while keeping a sharp eye on the details
  • Confident presentation skills—and yes, you’ll get to show those off regularly

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with the UAE tech market
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)
