About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the heart of Dubai’s ever-changing cityscape? As a Project Engineer working on G 4 projects, you won’t just watch the skyline transform — you’ll have a real hand in shaping it. If you’re a detail-driven professional with DM approval and a knack for turning blueprints into buildings, this role is your chance to bring vision to life in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
About the Company
Step inside Office 204 in Apricot Tower, and you’ll find a close-knit team that prides itself on collaboration, quick decision-making, and genuine respect for expertise. We’re not a faceless corporation — our Friday lunches usually include stories from the latest job site and the occasional friendly debate over coffee about new municipal regulations. We’ve grown steadily, fueled by our passion for quality work and our commitment to doing things by the book, Dubai-style. Here, your contributions don’t disappear in the shuffle — they set the pace for everything we accomplish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities for G 4 construction projects, ensuring every stage is up to standard (and on schedule).
- Liaising directly with Dubai Municipality for inspections, approvals, and seamless documentation.
- Interpreting architectural and structural drawings, translating them into practical, step-by-step site execution.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear timelines and quality outputs.
- Implementing and monitoring safety protocols — because a great project starts with a safe team.
- Reporting progress to management, flagging issues early, and suggesting smart solutions.
- Maintaining and organizing meticulous project documentation as required by DM regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for G 4 projects.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in building construction within Dubai.

- Clear, professional communication skills — both on paper and in person.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the latest construction management software.
- A reputation for streamlining paperwork or getting approvals through on the first try.
- Multi-lingual abilities (especially Arabic or Hindi) to ease site communication.
- Experience with value engineering or cost-saving initiatives.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation package tailored to your experience.
- Direct access to leadership — your ideas and suggestions won’t get lost in the ether.
- A transparent work environment where DM compliance and ethical practices are top priority.
- Supportive colleagues who actually celebrate your wins (and pitch in during crunch times).
- Office in a central, easily accessible spot at Park View, with a real sense of community — not just a cubicle.
- Opportunities for professional growth as we take on new, diverse projects across Dubai.
At the end of the day, we’re a team that values expertise, integrity, and hands-on collaboration. If you’re ready to make your mark — and see your work rise with every new floor — we can’t wait to meet you.
