About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how Dubai’s most striking interiors come to life, from mood boards to that first “wow” when the lights go on? As our next Project Engineer, you’ll be right at the heart of it all—turning blueprints into beautifully functional spaces, all while coordinating with the best in the business. If you’re looking to make your mark in the UAE’s booming fit-out industry, this role might just be your next big step.
About the Company
We’re not your average fit-out firm. Our team is a tight-knit group of doers and creators who thrive on seeing each detail come together—from the first site walk to the final styling touch. We prize openness, learning from one another, and a good sense of humor—especially on those busy handover days. Think hands-on leadership, regular on-site team lunches, and a steady stream of new projects across Dubai’s most vibrant spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling site communications—translating technical lingo for everyone from clients to site laborers.
- Driving between project locations as needed to keep tabs on every moving part (vehicle provided).
- Maintaining detailed project documentation, from progress reports to material approvals.
