What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Building detailed project plans and keeping everyone aligned, even when the unexpected happens
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams — think conductor, not just coordinator
- Proactively identifying risks and coming up with creative solutions, not simply waiting for problems to appear
- Managing resources smartly so every moving part fits together seamlessly
- Preparing and presenting clear progress updates to stakeholders (yes, your communication skills will shine here)
- Championing a positive, can-do team culture — because successful projects are a team sport
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience managing projects (preferably in Dubai or similar fast-paced environments)
