What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and leading project teams to deliver on time and within scope
- Tracking project milestones and adjusting schedules as needed to meet client requirements
- Communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and team members — you’ll be the main point of contact
- Proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks and coming up with practical solutions
- Preparing project reports and updates for management, keeping everyone in the loop
- Ensuring documentation, contracts, and records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting the smooth onboarding of new clients or partners as projects kick off
- Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to solve unexpected challenges or lend a hand elsewhere — it’s a team effort
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years’ experience in project management or a closely related field
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Confidence with timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation
- A positive, flexible attitude — you stay calm under pressure
- Valid UAE residency (all nationalities welcome to apply!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR setting
- Fluency in additional languages
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
