This is an urgent hire for our growing team in Dubai’s Business Bay — a dynamic location right in the heart of the city’s business pulse. If you’re ready to take ownership of diverse projects and make a real impact, this could be your next big step.

We’re a recruitment firm that’s built its reputation on matching great talent with the right opportunities across the UAE. Our team is a lively mix of nationalities and backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on a supportive, straightforward work environment. There’s a genuine sense of camaraderie — think quick team lunches, impromptu brainstorming, and lots of mutual respect for hard work. Our office sits in Business Bay, so you’ll be working amid some of Dubai’s most exciting developments (and yes, the coffee scene is strong here). We believe in transparency, professional growth, and celebrating each other’s wins, large and small.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and leading project teams to deliver on time and within scope
  • Tracking project milestones and adjusting schedules as needed to meet client requirements
  • Communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and team members — you’ll be the main point of contact
  • Proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks and coming up with practical solutions
  • Preparing project reports and updates for management, keeping everyone in the loop
  • Ensuring documentation, contracts, and records are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the smooth onboarding of new clients or partners as projects kick off
  • Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to solve unexpected challenges or lend a hand elsewhere — it’s a team effort

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management or a closely related field
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Confidence with timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • A positive, flexible attitude — you stay calm under pressure
  • Valid UAE residency (all nationalities welcome to apply!)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR setting
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two-year work visa and formal employment contract
  • Health insurance coverage from day one
  • Competitive salary package: AED4000–AED5000 per month
  • A diverse, supportive team that genuinely wants to help you succeed
  • Business Bay location — easily accessible and buzzing with opportunity
  • Room to grow: We invest in our people and promote from within
  • Regular team check-ins, open-door management, and a culture that values your ideas

We know that finding the right workplace is about more than just the salary — it’s about being part of a team that respects your ambition and supports your journey. If you’re ready to step up and drive real results, we can’t wait to connect.
