We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Project Manager who’s ready to jump in and make an impact—fast. If you thrive on bringing order to chaos, juggling competing priorities, and seeing your efforts translate into real results, this could be your next big move. We welcome applicants from all nationalities already residing in the UAE, so if you’re ready for a fresh challenge, keep reading.

About the Company

Based in the bustling heart of Business Bay, our company is a fast-growing player in Dubai’s dynamic business landscape. We’re a close-knit team that believes in supporting each other through deadline crunches and celebrating wins—big and small—together. You’ll find that we’re serious about our work, but we know how to keep the atmosphere friendly (coffee runs and spontaneous team lunches are a thing here). As we expand our project portfolio, we’re on the lookout for professionals who want to grow with us, not just work for us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking charge of project planning, execution, and delivery—every milestone is yours to shepherd.
  • Coordinating with diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets, and finding creative solutions when things go off-track.
  • Reporting progress and updates to management in a clear, concise way (no jargon necessary).
  • Managing project documentation and keeping records organized for easy access.
  • Resolving project-related issues with a calm, can-do attitude—even when surprises pop up.
  • Ensuring every project aligns with quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contributing your own ideas to make each project (and the team) just a little bit better.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in project management, ideally in the UAE or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re the one people trust to get things done.
  • The ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your sense of humor).
  • Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Currently residing in the UAE, with valid residency.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Formal training or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools.
  • Additional language skills—Arabic, Hindi, or others are a plus.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two-year work visa and official employment contract for peace of mind.
  • Competitive salary range (AED 4000–5500) to reflect your experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage from day one.
  • Supportive and inclusive team culture—your ideas matter here.
  • Opportunity to work in the energetic Business Bay area, surrounded by Dubai’s innovation hub.
  • Career growth opportunities as we expand our client base and project scope.
  • All nationalities welcome—we believe diverse backgrounds make our team stronger.

We’re a team that values dedication, but also understands life outside the office. If you’re looking for a place that rewards hard work, encourages learning, and treats its people right, you’ll feel right at home with us.
