About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself mentally rearranging a project timeline just for fun? If you love bringing order to complexity, this Project Planning & Scheduling opportunity might just be your next big move. We're searching for a detail-oriented planner to keep our industrial projects running smoothly, ensuring materials, designs, and deadlines sync up perfectly. In a field that never stands still, your knack for coordination will be the driving force that helps us deliver on time — and maybe even a little ahead of schedule.

About the Company

Here, at the heart of the region’s industrial buildout, our team has earned a reputation for reliability and a dash of ingenuity. We’re not just a group of engineers and planners; we’re a tight-knit bunch who genuinely get a kick out of solving problems together, whether that’s in the boardroom or chatting over shawarma after a big deadline. Open communication and mutual respect set the tone from the top down — Fridays might see us in safety boots or sneakers, but either way, you’ll find plenty of laughter mixed in with the hard work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating, updating, and fine-tuning project schedules that keep work (and people) moving in lockstep
  • Maintaining clear, accessible material tracking sheets and compiling accurate progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating closely with our design and technical teams to handle shop drawings, secure timely approvals, and manage revision rounds
  • Keeping a sharp eye on milestones, flagging risks, and championing solutions before bottlenecks become a reality
  • Raising well-prepared material requests in alignment with BOQs and approved drawings, reducing delays and last-minute scrambles
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring follow-ups are proactive rather than reactive

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid experience with project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
  • A knack for translating technical drawings and BOQs into practical, actionable schedules
  • Confident communication — whether with engineers, suppliers, or site teams
  • Strong organizational skills (your spreadsheets are a thing of beauty)
  • Unwavering attention to detail, even while juggling multiple priorities

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior exposure to industrial construction environments
  • Familiarity with procurement or material control processes
  • Comfort with change: projects shift, and so do we

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package that reflects your experience and contributions
  • Clear pathways for career advancement — grow with us as the company expands
  • Supportive, close-knit team culture; everyone pitches in and celebrates together
  • Modern, flexible approach to work hours, with respect for work/life balance
  • Exposure to major industrial projects shaping the region’s future

If you’re ready to be the engine behind the scenes — the one who keeps every cog turning — we can’t wait to meet you. Here, your meticulous planning won’t just be appreciated. It’ll be essential.

  • Our projects rarely follow a straight path—how do you adapt your planning approach when project scope or timelines shift unexpectedly?
  • Have you worked in an industrial construction environment before? If so, what unique challenges did you face in scheduling and coordination, and how did you overcome them?
  • How do you ensure your reports and updates for both internal and external stakeholders are clear, concise, and actionable?
  • In what ways do you contribute to a positive team atmosphere during high-pressure project phases?
