About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to build a thriving client base in Ajman’s ever-evolving real estate scene? Here’s your chance. We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our forward-thinking team in Al Rawda. If you love forging connections, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a nose for uncovering great property deals, you may find your ideal home with us.
About the Company
We’re one of Ajman’s leading real estate innovators, carving out a reputation for honesty, market savvy, and a knack for making things happen. Our office is a hub of collaboration and friendly competition — it’s not unusual to overhear a spontaneous debate about up-and-coming neighborhoods over morning coffee. The team’s a blend of seasoned pros and eager go-getters, all driven by a shared passion: matching clients with the perfect property. And yes, we take our Friday demo days (and our post-meeting shawarma runs) a little too seriously.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing clients, truly understanding what they’re looking for — not just ticking boxes.
- Scouting and assessing real estate opportunities based on client needs, market trends, and your expert intuition.
- Arranging, conducting, and following up on property viewings — sometimes at odd hours, because buying decisions rarely fit in a 9-to-5 schedule.
- Leading negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords, always striving for a win-win outcome.
- Preparing all necessary paperwork and supporting documentation — accuracy matters, and so does speed.
- Staying on top of Ajman’s ever-changing property scene, including price shifts, regulations, and the occasional surprise update.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep, hands-on experience in the UAE real estate market (you know the difference between rumors and trends).
- A valid UAE driving license — with real-world experience navigating Ajman and, ideally, the wider region.
- Strong negotiation chops and genuine people skills; you listen as much as you talk.
- The confidence to work independently, but the humility to collaborate and ask for input when needed.
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic a plus), both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a definite asset.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive commission structure — your earnings match your ambition.
- Flexible working hours to help juggle both viewings and life outside work.
- Ongoing training on everything from new tech tools to negotiation tactics.
- Supportive, tight-knit team that celebrates wins (big and small) together.
- Modern office in a prime Al Rawda location — plus, easy parking.
- The chance to shape your career alongside some of Ajman’s best in the biz.
We believe in championing our team, setting high standards, and having a little fun while we do it. If you’re ready for the next leap, we think you’ll feel right at home.
