About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself admiring a striking shopfront or an attention-grabbing billboard and thought, “Who brought that brand to life?” As a Sales Executive at our leading Advertising & Signage company in the UAE, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping cityscapes and business visibility. This isn’t just a numbers game — it’s about forging real connections, understanding client ambitions, and translating visions into eye-catching realities. If you love the thrill of the deal and the satisfaction of seeing your projects out in the wild, you might just be the partner we’ve been waiting for.
About Us
We’re not your run-of-the-mill signage outfit. Our team thrives on fresh ideas, tight turnarounds, and lunchtime brainstorms where the boldest concept often prevails. From rollouts for local startups to branding massive developments, there’s always something new happening — and everyone’s voice matters. Our work surfaces across malls, highways, and iconic storefronts, but inside, we’re a close-knit crew who believes a well-timed coffee run can work wonders. Laughter sneaks into nearly every meeting, and celebrating completed installs (sometimes with a group selfie in front of our latest sign) is practically tradition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Pitch creative advertising solutions, tailored to the specific needs of each business
- Visit client sites across the UAE (yes, you’ll need that license!) to get a real feel for their branding needs
- Collaborate closely with our in-house design and production teams — your ideas matter from concept right through to installation
- Track market trends and spot new business opportunities before competitors do
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts — bringing together win-win solutions that clients rave about
- Follow up post-installation to ensure client satisfaction and lay the groundwork for future projects
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in advertising, signage, or a related industry — you know the difference between a lightbox and channel letters
- Valid UAE driving license (city navigation is second nature to you)
- Transferable visa or NOC for secondment (you’re ready for a seamless transition)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and over email/phone
- A can-do attitude, initiative, and genuine curiosity about clients' businesses
Nice-to-Haves:
- A knack for visual storytelling or a portfolio of past signage/ad campaigns
- Fluency in more than one language (especially Arabic or Hindi)
- Sense of humor (trust us, it comes in handy)
Not sure you fit every requirement? Drop us a line anyway — we’re interested in the person behind the résumé.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary, plus commission — your hustle gets noticed
- Company car allowance and travel reimbursements
- Supportive, energetic team with a knack for celebrating big wins (and little ones too)
- Opportunities to learn hands-on about the latest in signage technology and advertising trends
- Flexibility on hours when you need it — we get that life happens
- Modern, well-equipped office in a central location, plus plenty of good coffee
We know that when people are empowered and genuinely enjoy what they do, great work follows. Here, you’ll see your efforts come to life on streets, shopfronts, and campaigns around the city — and be part of a team that celebrates every success together.
