About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself forging genuine client relationships in the heart of Sharjah’s real estate scene? As a Sales Executive with Al Saqr Al Shamikh Real Estate, based in Al Qulaya’ah, you’ll be more than just a broker—you’ll be a trusted advisor, a friendly face, and a driving force in a thriving, dynamic property market. Whether you’re new to real estate or bring a wealth of experience from another sector, this is a chance to grow your career with hands-on support, meaningful challenges, and rewards that match your ambition.
About the Company
Al Saqr Al Shamikh isn’t a faceless property conglomerate; we’re a close-knit family of real estate specialists who believe in real connections and community impact. Our offices in Al Qulaya’ah are known for their collaborative spirit, not to mention the legendary lunchtime laughter and celebratory team coffees after closing a deal. There’s a shared sense of purpose here — whether we’re walking clients through new apartments or brainstorming fresh strategies over the whiteboard. In a city where the skyline changes fast, our group is determined to raise standards (and yes, a few eyebrows) with every transaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building lasting relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and renters through calls, meetings, and property tours.
- Using leading real estate websites (think Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and more) to market listings and source leads with creativity and flair.

- Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions, sometimes thinking outside the box to close the deal.
- Collaborating with your fellow executives to share insights, tackle challenges, and celebrate collective wins.
- Chasing and achieving your monthly targets with energy and resilience — seeing each “no” as one step closer to a “yes.”
- Keeping up with real estate trends in Sharjah to ensure clients always get the best advice.
- Preparing and updating regular sales reports so everyone knows where things stand.
