About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined what your career could look like if your earning potential had no ceiling? As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Dar Al Baz Real Estate, you’ll step into a dynamic field where your ambition, drive, and talent go hand in hand with genuine opportunity. We believe in empowering our agents with top-notch exposure — sponsored ads on all major social media platforms — and the freedom to build your business your way, all within a supportive, energetic team. If you’re hungry for success and ready to elevate your career, this could be your next big move.

About Dar Al Baz Real Estate

We’re not your typical agency — and that’s a point of pride! At Dar Al Baz Real Estate, we’re a tight-knit crew with a shared vision: helping clients find places they truly love, while also cultivating flourishing careers for each team member. We value initiative, learning, and a bit of friendly competition; Monday morning brainstorms are just as lively as Friday afternoon “deal celebrations.” With a collaborative team culture and hands-on support, we’re serious about helping every agent become their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and managing your own client portfolio, nurturing relationships from the initial inquiry right through to closing the deal.
  • Leveraging company-sponsored advertising packages (yes, we’ve got your back on Facebook, Instagram, and more!) to generate fresh leads and stay top-of-mind in a buzzing market.
  • Conducting property viewings, sharing expert insights, and guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.
  • Negotiating deals with confidence and care — always striving to achieve the best outcome for your clients.
  • Collaborating with teammates on market trends, new listings, and best practices — we’re all in this together.
  • Keeping your knowledge sharp with ongoing training and real-time market updates.

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for sales and a genuine drive to exceed targets (and then set new ones).
  • Strong communication skills — you’re at ease chatting with anyone, anywhere.
  • Resilience and self-motivation; you know how to roll with the punches and keep moving forward.
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is a strong plus, but it’s your attitude and ambition that matter most.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and social media — you don’t need to be an influencer, but you do need to be comfortable online.
  • Bilingual skills (Arabic/English) are a definite advantage in our diverse market.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Uncapped earnings: 50/50 commission structure — there’s no limit to your success.
  • Sponsored social media advertising: We give you the tools (and the reach) to grow your pipeline fast.
  • Flexible schedule: Balance your work and life your way — results matter more than hours clocked.
  • Strong, supportive team: Dive into a culture where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are the norm.
  • Ongoing professional development: Regular training, mentorship, and feedback to keep your skills sharp.
  • Celebrations and recognition: Every milestone gets noticed — and celebrated!

If you’re looking for a place where your energy and ambition are truly rewarded, Dar Al Baz Real Estate could feel like home. We’re excited to meet the next member of our growing team.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk me through your process for managing and growing a client portfolio in a fast-paced real estate environment?
  • How have you used social media or digital advertising in the past to generate leads or promote properties? Any strategies that worked especially well?
  • Negotiation is central to real estate — can you share an example of a challenging deal you helped close and how you ensured a positive outcome for your client?
  • What tools or platforms are you most comfortable using for virtual tours, communication, or tracking prospects, and how do you keep organized?
  • Working in a bilingual market can present unique challenges. Can you give examples of how you’ve adapted your approach when working with clients from different language or cultural backgrounds?
  • In this field, how do you stay updated on local market trends, and how have you applied that knowledge to guide your clients?
  • Tell us about a time you set a personal sales goal that felt out of reach. How did you go about pursuing it, and what was the result?
  • The real estate market can be unpredictable and competitive. How do you bounce back from a lost deal or a tough month?
  • Describe a situation where you collaborated with a team to share leads or market insights. What did you contribute and what was the impact?
  • In your view, what does great client service look like in real estate? Can you give an example of how you’ve delivered that experience?
  • Our team values initiative and lively brainstorming. How do you typically contribute ideas or support others in a collaborative setting?
  • When learning a new system or tool, how do you go about getting up to speed quickly, and can you recall an example where self-learning paid off?
  • Flexibility and work-life balance are important here. How do you structure your days to stay productive while maintaining personal balance?
  • What attracted you to Dar Al Baz Real Estate, and how do you see yourself thriving within our team culture?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary structure that is commission-based, which is typical for real estate sales roles in the UAE. Entry-level and mid-level real estate agents in Dubai often earn a modest basic salary (if any), with total monthly earnings largely dependent on sales, ranging widely from 5,000 AED to 20,000 AED or more for high performers thanks to strong commission schemes like the 50/50 split offered here. For new agents, it’s smart to budget for a few leaner months at first, but with drive and networking, it’s realistic to target a monthly take-home of at least 8,000–12,000 AED after ramping up.
