About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to play a part in shaping the fast-evolving skyline of Sharjah? Here’s your chance. We’re on the lookout for both male and female team members to join our growing real estate company right on Al Taawun Street. Whether you’re already seasoned in sales or marketing, or eager to dive deeper into this dynamic industry, this opportunity is tailor-made for energetic self-starters who thrive on meeting people and making connections.
About the Company
Picture a workplace where you’re not just another face in the crowd. Here on Al Taawun Street, our team isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves — and we know that real estate is as much about building relationships as it is about buildings. Early-morning coffee chats are practically a ritual, and you’ll never feel out of place asking for advice (or a quick caffeine refill). We’re rapidly growing, ambitious, but still small enough that every voice matters — Friday wins get celebrated, and so do the learning curves.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome clients to our office and guide them through property options, tailoring your approach to each individual.
- Work the phones (and WhatsApp), following up on interested buyers or renters and keeping leads warm.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and post listings, ensuring our properties catch the right eyes.
- Book and host client viewings — sometimes you’ll be the first point of contact, other times, the deal-closer.
- Keep updated records of all client interactions in our CRM, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Regularly hit (and celebrate) your sales targets — your commission is what you make it.
- Stay sharp on the latest local property trends, pricing movements, and new developments around Sharjah.
- Represent the company at community events or open houses, always with professionalism and a dash of genuine charm.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A background (even intermediate) in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable using computers — think emails, Excel, and perhaps a bit of social media.
- Confidence in your communication: you know how to persuade, present, and negotiate.
- Professional appearance and persona — first impressions count.
- Drive to meet and even exceed your sales targets.
- Right age for the role: between 20 and 32 years old.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in real estate (but not a dealbreaker).
- Multilingual abilities — especially English and Arabic.
- Know your way around Sharjah’s property market.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Complimentary accommodation provided for singles — yes, that means one less worry.
- Residency visa and health insurance once you’ve shown us what you can do.
- Full training and support, so you’re never left guessing on best practices or marketing techniques.
- We invest in striking online and offline advertising so you’re set up for success.
- Supportive, close-knit team: everyone’s contribution counts, and mentorship is always at hand.
Want to grow your career in the heart of Sharjah’s property scene? Here, ambition meets opportunity — and we make sure to look after our own along the way.
