What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with potential tenants to understand their needs and guide them to the best rental options on the market.
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners, ensuring new listings are always available.
- Conduct property viewings—sometimes at short notice, because the right home can’t wait!
- Negotiate rental agreements with a win-win approach for all parties.
- Stay on top of Ajman’s ever-changing market trends to provide up-to-date advice.
- Collaborate with teammates to share leads, insights, and a few laughs along the way.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, listings, and deals closed. (We like our paperwork as organized as our showings.)
What You’ll Bring
