What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connect with potential tenants to understand their needs and guide them to the best rental options on the market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property owners, ensuring new listings are always available.
  • Conduct property viewings—sometimes at short notice, because the right home can’t wait!
  • Negotiate rental agreements with a win-win approach for all parties.
  • Stay on top of Ajman’s ever-changing market trends to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share leads, insights, and a few laughs along the way.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, listings, and deals closed. (We like our paperwork as organized as our showings.)

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, rentals, or a related field (Ajman knowledge is a bonus!)
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable chatting with everyone from first-time renters to seasoned landlords.
