What You’ll Be Doing
- Building long-term relationships with clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in Ajman’s booming property market
- Guiding customers through every step, from initial inquiry to keys-in-hand—listening, advising, and negotiating along the way
- Leveraging your market knowledge to spot opportunities and match the right property to the right person
- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals that really speak to client needs
- Collaborating with our in-house marketing team to showcase listings and fill your pipeline
- Staying informed on the latest trends, pricing, and legalities affecting Ajman’s real estate scene
- Meeting (and often beating) realistic sales targets and sharing your wins and challenges with the team
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on sales experience in the Ajman or broader UAE real estate market
- Valid, transferable UAE residency
- Solid computer skills (CRM systems, emails, property portals—you know the tricks)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, in English or Arabic
- Confidence, resilience, and a knack for negotiation
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, or any other regional language is a bonus)
