About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious about what it’s like to thrive in Ajman’s vibrant real estate scene? We’re on the lookout for driven Sales Executives ready to grow their careers and help clients find their perfect space. This isn’t just another property gig — it’s an opportunity to join a high-energy team where your efforts directly build our community (and your own success), right in the heart of Rashidiya 1. If you’ve got a passion for people and a knack for closing deals, we’d love to meet you.
About the Company
Nestled in the bustling neighborhood of Rashidiya 1, our real estate agency prides itself on a collaborative spirit, local expertise, and an atmosphere where team wins are celebrated just as much as individual success. We relish our diverse crew — lunches are lively, deal celebrations are heartfelt, and you’ll never leave a team meeting without learning something new. As the real estate market in Ajman continues to grow, so do we: think ambitious goals, plenty of support, and real opportunities to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building genuine relationships with property buyers, sellers, and landlords — think of yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
- Touring clients around some of Ajman’s most interesting properties, sometimes twice in a day when excitement is high.
- Pitching listings with confidence — you’ll present, negotiate, and close deals with professionalism and personality.
- Researching market trends and new listings so you’re a step ahead (and ready to jump on opportunities).
- Coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and document handling (details matter — and so does your organization).
- Proactively networking — whether at the office, on the phone, or out in the community, you’re always building your pipeline.
- Working closely with our helpful admin and management teams to keep deals on track and clients impressed.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in sales — ideally in real estate, but strong results elsewhere count too (just make sure it’s all documented).
- Excellent communication skills — you’re well-spoken, comfortable with different personalities, and confident presenting face-to-face.
- Professional appearance — polished, well-groomed, and representing the brand with pride.
- Valid UAE residence visa (transferable).
- Real estate broker license (or a strong willingness to obtain one ASAP).
- UAE driving license — you’re mobile and don’t mind hitting the road to show properties.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Enthusiasm and potential go a long way here.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, commission-based earning potential — your effort, your reward.
- A multicultural, welcoming environment where all nationalities are valued.
- Continuous training and mentorship — grow beyond where you thought you could.
- Support for obtaining your broker license, if you don’t already have one.
- Occasional team outings, hot coffee in the mornings, and a management team that actually listens.
- Office based in one of Ajman’s most dynamic real estate locations.
There’s ambition here, and support to match it. If you love property, people, and the thrill of making things happen, you’ll feel right at home. (Note: Please be aware that our recruitment process includes a job application fee.)
