What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging directly with clients to understand their property needs and match them with the right listings — think of yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
  • Hosting dynamic property viewings and tours, making every visit feel welcoming and informative.
  • Collaborating with marketing on creative campaigns that turn curious browsers into satisfied homeowners or investors.
  • Keeping up with real estate trends in Sharjah to provide knowledgeable insights and advice at the drop of a hat.
  • Following up with leads (we want go-getters!) and nurturing long-term client relationships that continue beyond the final handshake.
  • Attending industry events or internal training sessions — learning is truly a lifelong thing around here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A genuine passion for real estate sales and marketing — excitement for helping clients make life-changing decisions.

  • Fluent Arabic and conversational English.
