What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every guest warmly as they arrive, making them feel genuinely welcome (not just checking off a list)
  • Managing reservations with an eye for detail, balancing walk-ins and bookings seamlessly even during those busy dinner rushes
  • Coordinating table assignments to keep both the dining room and kitchen humming efficiently
  • Communicating attentively with servers, kitchen staff, and management — a true go-between for the whole team
  • Responding gracefully to unexpected changes or special requests — birthdays, accessibility needs, or that last-minute large group
  • Monitoring guest flow to ensure minimal wait times and a comfortable, relaxed environment from start to finish
  • Assisting with opening or closing duties as part of the larger team effort when needed
