What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greet visitors and make sure every walk-in feels welcome (yes, even before their first whiff of perfume!)
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and thoughtfully via phone, WhatsApp, and email—always aiming for helpful, timely answers
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and our sales team, keeping everyone’s calendars running smooth
- Manage the front desk area: receive deliveries, maintain neatness, and keep things running like clockwork
- Provide support with basic admin tasks—think filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, making sure messages don’t get lost in translation
- Pitch in wherever needed—whether it’s helping prep a product sample or lending a hand at our next launch event
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Friendly, professional communication style with a genuine love of helping people
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic office software (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail—even when things get busy
Nice-to-Haves:
