About the Company

Step into our grand lobby on Sheikh Zayed Road and you’ll instantly feel the difference—there’s a blend of world-class elegance and genuine warmth that’s impossible to fake. Our team is proud, diverse, and genuinely supportive; we cheer each other on during busy conference weeks, and our annual staff recognition events are known to get a little competitive (in the best way!). With every guest, we aim for hospitality that feels both polished and personal. That’s partly why we’ve earned our reputation—not just in Dubai, but around the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every guest with a smile and a genuine “how can I help?”—first impressions matter here.
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and room assignments with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
  • Answering calls, emails, and messages—sometimes all at once!—and making sure requests are routed to the right team.
  • Providing guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions (don’t worry if you’re new to the city; we’ve got cheat sheets!).
  • Resolving issues quickly and calmly; sometimes, it’s just about listening and showing you care.
  • Maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times (our uniforms do half the work, but the rest is all you).
  • Pitching in with team coverage and busy periods—team spirit is big here.
  • For Customer Service Representatives: occasionally assisting with special requests, guest feedback, and follow-up to ensure every stay is memorable.

What You’ll Bring

  • A friendly, can-do attitude that guests (and teammates) notice right away.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken—English is a must, and bonus points for any additional languages.
  • A polished, professional appearance; you’re representing our brand from head to toe.
  • A knack for staying calm and clear-headed when the lobby gets busy.
  • Flexibility with shifts and availability for weekends or public holidays—it’s the hospitality life.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is wonderful but not required—we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn just as much.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Personality and motivation go a long way at our hotel.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary ranges: AED3500-5000 for Customer Service Representatives, AED3000-4500 for Receptionists, based on your experience.
  • Staff meals on duty (trust us, our kitchen is pretty fantastic).
  • Smart uniforms provided—no wardrobe headaches.
  • Access to hotel facilities at staff rates, plus discounts for friends and family.
  • Regular on-the-job training and clear paths to promotion if you want to go further in hospitality.
  • A supportive, multicultural team environment where new ideas are genuinely welcome.
  • Prime location right on Sheikh Zayed Road—easy commute, and you’ll never run out of lunch spots!

You’ll join a team that cares about delivering the little moments that make a difference. If you’ve got the enthusiasm and drive, we’ll give you the training and support needed to build a rewarding hospitality career.
