What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet every visitor with warmth, professionalism, and just the right touch of Dubai hospitality.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls like a pro, ensuring no query or client ever feels ignored.
  • Check the inbox daily to handle email enquiries with clarity and efficiency.
  • Keep the front desk organized, up-to-date, and a pleasure to approach for anyone needing assistance.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, making sure nothing (and no one) slips between the cracks.
  • Help maintain office records—whether filing documents or updating the team on important schedules.
  • Support basic administrative tasks and lend a hand to your teammates whenever possible.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Confident English communication (spoken and written) and a welcoming customer service manner.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven track record of handling phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with grace.
  • Strong sense of organization—you know how to keep a desk, and a day, in order.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing front desk role.
