What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome members and guests: You set the mood with a genuine greeting, whether in person or over the phone.
- Stay on top of calls and messages: From quick queries to more detailed requests, you’re the reliable link who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Own the check-in process: Badge printing, sign-ins, and troubleshooting — you keep traffic flowing and records organized.
- Coordinate bookings: Think meeting rooms, shared spaces, and special requests—you make sure everyone’s where they need to be.
- Keep daily operations running smoothly: That might mean a supply run one day, or helping prep for an evening event the next.
- Support membership services: You’ll help onboard new members and assist with account updates, always with an ear for detail.
- Pitch in with sales and admin needs: Sometimes you’ll help with reports, sometimes with scheduling. Every day’s a little different.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Friendly, professional presence and genuine enjoyment in helping others
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, coworking, or customer service roles
- Comfort with multi-line phones, email, and simple reservation systems
- Organized and cool-headed—able to juggle multiple tasks without losing your smile
- Good communication, both written and spoken (English—extra languages a plus)
