About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever dreamed of being part of something fresh—literally right out of the oven? Here’s your chance. We’re helping to staff a brand new restaurant opening soon in the lively Al Rigga district of Dubai. Whether you’re a culinary artist, a coffee enthusiast, or someone who lights up the dining room with genuine hospitality, we’re looking for dynamic individuals (male or female, UAE residents or visitors) to join the launch team. Competitive salaries and an unbeatable opportunity to shape the early days of a standout venue await!
About the Company
There’s just something energizing about a restaurant’s opening—new faces, untold stories, and that feeling that your hard work builds something lasting. This isn’t a chain where you’re a number; it’s the kind of place where the chef riffs on a classic dish, the barista finesses every cappuccino, and regulars start coming in just to say hi. Think of it as a team where everyone has a seat at the table (and yes, Friday tastings might become a thing). With a leadership team passionate about great food and customer experience, you’ll find support for your skills and your quirks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your day-to-day could look like:
- Chef: Leading kitchen operations, designing mouth-watering menus, and ensuring every plate reflects top-notch quality and creativity.
- Assistant Chef: Prepping ingredients, supporting the chef with cooking tasks, and helping maintain a neat, well-organized kitchen space.
- Barista: Creating espresso magic, crafting specialty drinks, chatting coffee with guests, and keeping the café corner humming with energy.
- Waiter: Welcoming diners with warmth, taking and serving orders efficiently, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile (plus maybe a dessert recommendation).
What You’ll Bring
- Enthusiasm for hospitality—whether it’s in the kitchen or at the front of house.
- Prior experience in your chosen role is a strong plus (but passion can go a long way).
- A friendly, can-do attitude and genuine interest in learning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Comfort communicating in English; extra language skills are a bonus.
- Right to live or visit in the UAE.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, role-based salaries (AED2000–AED5500 depending on position)
- Be part of an energetic, supportive team from day one
- Grow with a restaurant at the start of its journey—plenty of room for new ideas and advancement
- Daily staff meals (and a taste of what’s on the menu)
- Residence or visitor status in the UAE both welcome
- A workplace where teamwork is celebrated and efforts don’t go unnoticed
Starting something new is never dull—and with the right team, it can be unforgettable. (A friendly heads-up: recruitment is handled via an agency, and a job application fee does apply.) If you’re ready for hands-on experience and a place where every shift has a little spark, let’s talk!
