What You’ll Be Doing
For Commi 1 & Commi 2:
- Assist in preparing fresh ingredients, portioning, and cooking under the guidance of our head chef
- Keep kitchen stations organized — a tidy kitchen is key
- Learn new recipes and kitchen tricks as you go, because everyone should have a signature dish
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards as if your reputation depends on it (because it does!)
For Barista:
- Brew coffee and espresso drinks that would make any caffeine lover smile
- Keep the coffee station sparkling, organized, and welcoming
- Suggest new blends or serve up latte art (we love a creative touch)
- Interact with customers, turning a coffee break into a quick highlight of their day
For Waiter:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth — first impressions matter
- Take orders accurately, suggest menu favorites, and check in just the right amount
- Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar staff, even during those all-hands-on-deck moments
- Handle payments and feedback with professionalism and a smile
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current UAE residency (candidates must already be inside UAE)
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
- Prior experience in a similar restaurant role (even short-term gigs or internships welcomed)
- Commitment to teamwork — we support each other on busy nights and celebrate the wins together
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with multicultural teams or diverse customer bases
