What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your day-to-day might include:
Commi 1 / Commi 2
- Preparing ingredients with care and meeting our kitchen’s quality standards.
- Supporting senior chefs during peak hours, pitching in wherever needed.
- Maintaining a tidy workstation—yes, your mother would approve.
- Learning new techniques (there’s always something to master).
- Assisting with stock checks and ensuring food safety at all times.
Barista
- Crafting espresso drinks and specialty coffees to delight regulars and newcomers alike.
- Keeping the coffee station organized, from syrups to spotless cups.
- Engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and making mornings brighter.
Waiter
- Welcoming guests with a smile and explaining our menu with confidence.
- Taking orders, serving meals, and checking in to ensure a great dining experience.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff—because teamwork isn’t optional here.
- Handling the little details, from resetting tables to helping guests with special requests.
