What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities vary by role, but here’s a snapshot of how you’ll contribute:
- Commis Chef:
- Assist our chefs in prepping delicious dishes, from chopping to garnishing, always keeping freshness and presentation in mind.
- Keep your workstation spotless and organized—because the magic happens best in a clean kitchen!
- Support kitchen operations during busy hours, whether you’re grilling, sautéing, or plating.
- Bartender:
- Mix up classic and creative beverages with a flair; greet guests with a smile and quick chat.
- Manage bar inventory, restock as needed, and maintain a tidy, welcoming bar area.
- Watch for repeat customers and remember their favorites—it’s the little touches that count.
- Food Runner:
- Bring dishes from kitchen to table with speed and care, explaining specials or checking if guests need anything else.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff, keeping communications smooth (and trays upright!).
- Step in during the rush to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed.
- Housekeeping Attendant:
- Tidy up public spaces and guest areas, ensuring everything sparkles and smells fresh.
- Refill supplies and notify the team when anything needs fixing or restocking.
- Take pride in keeping the venue spotless—your work sets the tone for our whole guest experience.
What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:
- Ready and able to work inside the UAE (all nationalities welcome, as long as you’re here!).
- Positive, can-do attitude and genuine respect for guests and coworkers.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (hospitality life!).
- Basic English communication skills—other languages are a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel (even if it was part-time or in your hometown).
- Food safety or customer service knowledge.
