What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll have the opportunity to apply for one of these exciting roles:
- Restaurant Supervisor: Lead the team on busy shifts, ensure top-notch guest service, handle on-the-spot decisions, and be our go-to for operational smoothness.
- Cashier: Process orders with a smile, keep records accurate, assist guests with menu questions, and provide genuine, friendly service at every transaction.
- Butler: Offer attentive, personalized service to VIP tables, anticipate guest needs, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
- Sheesha Maker (Hookah): Prepare and maintain high-quality sheesha, interact with guests to customize orders, and guarantee safety and cleanliness of the lounge area.
- Kitchen Helper: Support chefs in food prep, keep the workspace spotless, handle supplies, and bring your positive energy to the back-of-house team.

Must-Haves
- Must already be living in the UAE (applications from abroad can’t be considered right now).
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Eagerness to learn and a friendly, helpful attitude — whether you’re a fresher or seasoned pro.
- Basic English communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role (especially in Dubai or the wider UAE).
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu.
- A genuine interest in food, hospitality, or guest relations.
