Ready to turn your passion for hospitality into your next adventure? Whether you’re a seasoned chef, a smoothie wizard, or someone who loves making guests feel at home, we’ve got a spot for you at our brand-new restaurant in the heart of Sharaf DG. There’s a unique energy that comes with opening a new venue — if you thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments and are keen to grow your skills, you’ll feel right at home here.

About Us

We’re more than just another restaurant opening in Dubai — we’re building a close-knit team that values respect, creativity, and a genuine love for good food and great service. Our menu is a lively mix of Continental and Asian favorites, and we believe every team member, from the kitchen to the dining floor, plays a part in delivering memorable experiences. Here, everyone’s opinion matters (yes, even when we debate the best way to plate a salad), and Friday tastings are something we all look forward to.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you’ll be:

  • Greeting guests with a smile and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently (for waiters/waitresses).
  • Preparing mouthwatering Continental or Asian dishes with care and consistency.
  • Crafting fresh juices and smoothies that wow our guests — creativity encouraged!
  • Assisting chefs with prep work, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Keeping dining and kitchen areas spotless, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Pitching in wherever needed — we’re all about teamwork here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn — experience is a bonus, but not everything.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • For cooks and chefs: hands-on experience with Continental or Asian cuisine.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a busy restaurant or café setting.
  • Multilingual abilities (extra points if you can chat with guests in more than one language).
  • Food safety or hygiene certifications.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED2000–AED4000, depending on your role and experience.
  • Visa and accommodation provided: No need to worry about extra logistics — we’ve got you covered.
  • Growth opportunities: Be among the first team members in a brand-new restaurant — plenty of room to move up as we grow.
  • Team culture: Supportive colleagues, open communication, and a management team that listens.
  • Staff meals: Enjoy delicious food on your shifts.
  • Central Dubai location: Easy access via Sharaf DG — perfect for city living.

We know it takes a great team to create an unforgettable restaurant experience. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, learn new things, and be part of something from the very beginning, this could be your perfect next step.
