What You’ll Be Doing
We’re building our dream team across several key positions. Here’s what you can expect in each role:
- Restaurant Manager:
Oversee day-to-day operations, motivate your team during busy shifts, and ensure service runs as smoothly as our best espresso. - Sweet Chef (Pastry Chef):
Create memorable desserts and pastries that keep our guests coming back for “just one more bite.” - Fish Chef:
Prepare and present fresh fish dishes, at times collaborating with the team to update seafood specials. - Pizza Chef:
Hand-stretch dough, manage our pizza oven, and craft signature pies that will make our guests say “wow.” - Hot Kitchen Chef:
Lead the kitchen during peak hours, execute classic and creative main courses, and help foster a positive working environment. - Waiter/Waitress:
Offer guests seamless, attentive service—think recommendations, friendly smiles, and being a vital link between kitchen and table. - Barista:
Prepare specialty coffees and drinks, keep our espresso machine humming, and deliver a little caffeine-fueled joy. - Kitchen Helper:
Support chefs with prep work, keep things tidy, and play an important behind-the-scenes role in every successful service.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in the position you’re applying for
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a multicultural team
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (other languages a plus!)
- Ready to join immediately and currently based in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior hotel or high-volume restaurant experience
- Familiarity with Dubai’s food scene and guest preferences
