What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring for several key roles, each vital to our restaurant’s success:

  • Restaurant Manager:
    Oversee daily restaurant operations, inspire your team, and ensure guests leave with a smile every time.
  • Sweet Chef (Pastry):
    Create desserts that wow guests, manage pastry prep, and collaborate with the kitchen on creative new treats.
  • Fish Chef:
    Prepare and present fresh seafood dishes with attention to quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Pizza Chef:
    Handcraft pizzas from scratch, manage dough and toppings, and keep the pizza station running smoothly.
  • Hot Kitchen Chef:
    Lead the hot kitchen section, cook diverse dishes, and maintain high standards for safety and taste.
  • Waiter & Waitress:
    Welcome guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and deliver orders with efficiency and a personal touch.
  • Barista:
    Brew specialty coffees and teas, maintain a spotless bar, and engage with guests over their favorite drinks.
  • Kitchen Helper:
    Support chefs with prep work, keep stations clean, and help wherever it’s needed most.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in your chosen role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Current residence in the UAE and readiness to join immediately
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or others)
  • Culinary certifications or barista training (for relevant roles)
