About the Company
We’re part of a well-known hotel group that’s been a fixture in Dubai’s Al Rigga neighborhood for years, loved both by locals and international travelers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold Kitchen Chef: Craft vibrant salads, appetizers, and deli-style plates with an eye for freshness and presentation
- Pastry Chef & Bakery Chef: Bake breads, cakes, and signature desserts — experiment with new creations and perfect the classics
- Hot Kitchen & Grill Chef: Prepare and plate main courses with precision, maintain grill stations, keep quality and timing on point
- Kitchen Assistant: Support the chefs with prepping ingredients, keeping workspaces spotless, and keeping the kitchen humming
- Waiters (Male & Female): Deliver attentive service, take orders, recommend dishes, and ensure every guest feels welcome
- Juice Barista: Mix fresh juices, smoothies, and creative mocktails — always with a smile, and a bit of flair
- Work [together as a crew] to make meal service smooth and memorable for each guest
- Maintain our standards of hygiene and safety — yes, we take pride in our spotless kitchen!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in your applied role (at least 1 year, hotel or restaurant setting preferred)
- A positive, adaptable attitude — our team spirit is our main ingredient
