What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly greeting clients as they enter the office park, setting a welcoming tone right from the start
  • Offering assistance and well-informed recommendations based on individual client needs
  • Proactively keeping up-to-date with our full range of products and services—you’ll be the go-to person for answers and advice
  • Handling general inquiries politely and efficiently, whether it’s in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Consistently aiming to meet (or even surpass) daily and monthly sales targets, and tracking your progress as you go
  • Collaborating with the team to create smooth transitions for customers and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
  • Taking initiative to reorganize displays or suggest process improvements when you spot them

What You’ll Bring

  • A naturally friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude—clients feel at ease around you
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment
  • Comfortable working towards sales goals and easily motivated by a challenge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to learn new things, including our product offerings and software systems
  • Basic computer literacy (emails, point-of-sale systems, etc.)
