About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join a fast-moving team at the heart of Dubai’s bustling Business Bay? We're on the lookout for driven Sales Representatives, Call Center Agents, and Digital Marketing specialists — both male and female — who have a passion for building connections and achieving results. If you’ve got at least a year of hands-on experience in any of these fields and you’re already in the UAE, this is your chance to jump into a role that offers real growth (and a few hard-to-beat perks). Why wait? Let’s see if you’re the teammate we’ve been hoping for.
About the Company
Our company isn’t just another name in Dubai’s skyline. We’re a diverse, energetic crew who thrive on collaboration and a spirit of friendly competition — you’ll always find someone to bounce ideas off of, whether it’s over a morning coffee or during our spontaneous after-lunch brainstorming huddles. We’re proud of our open-door policy (literally, our managers’ doors are rarely closed) and our commitment to helping each other grow. Business Bay is our home base, and we love the hustle and ambition that comes with it; but what really sets us apart is the way we celebrate team wins, big and small.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Representative
- Connect with potential clients, both over the phone and in person, to understand their needs and introduce our solutions.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close deals that make sense for the customer and the company.
- Keep detailed records of your outreach and results — we believe in tracking progress, not micromanaging.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
Call Center Agent
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a smile that customers can hear in your voice.
- Resolve queries, provide product information, and turn every conversation into a positive experience.
- Log call outcomes and feedback so we’re always improving our process.
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly targets — and celebrate together when you do.
Digital Marketing Specialist
- Create and schedule engaging content for our social channels that reflects our brand’s personality.
- Monitor campaign performance, tweak strategies, and share real results with the team.
- Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Stay up to date on digital trends — we love fresh ideas.
