What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers with warmth and offer tailored advice for a seamless shopping experience
- Listen actively and handle enquiries, product recommendations, and after-sales support with a personal touch
- Meet (and aim to exceed!) sales targets through consultative selling and up-selling where suitable
- Stay on top of the latest promotions, product launches, and store events
- Tidy, organize, and restock shelves—because details do matter
- Assist with visual merchandising to create displays that really draw people in
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help us keep getting better
- Team up with colleagues for smooth daily operations—even when things get a little hectic
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of solid experience in sales and/or customer service—preferably in retail
- Confidence working with diverse customers and personalities
- Strong verbal communication skills (English is essential; other languages always a plus)
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the drive to go the extra mile
- Currently residing in the UAE—any nationality welcome!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or inventory software
