About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to help people find exactly what they need—whether it’s a quick oil change or a complete overhaul—while working right in the heart of a busy garage? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Employee who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and connect with car owners, all while helping our garage grow. If you love talking shop (literally!) and get a buzz from great customer interactions, this is your cue.
About the Company
We’re a well-established garage that’s earned a reputation for fixing more than just cars—we fix days, too (no one likes being off the road, right?). Our team mixes seasoned mechanics with customer-focused staff, and we genuinely believe that friendly service is just as important as technical know-how. These days you’ll find us swapping weekend car stories or sharing the best local lunch spots. We move fast, support each other, and never forget to celebrate a job well done—usually with coffee, sometimes with cake.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a genuine smile, listening to their needs, and recommending the right garage services.
- Following up with clients about ongoing jobs, updates, and promotions—no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice.
- Collaborating daily with our mechanics to understand what’s happening on the shop floor so you can communicate clearly with customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and service bookings in our digital system (it’s user-friendly, we promise).
- Helping market our garage offerings—think about simple campaigns, WhatsApp follow-ups, or even arranging an open-house event.
- Actively seeking out new customer leads and building strong, long-term relationships within the local community.
- Taking part in occasional team training sessions and brainstorming ways to improve our services.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in sales, especially where you’re face-to-face with customers.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for handling both the enthusiastic and the undecided alike.
- A reputation for seriousness, reliability, and genuinely good customer service.
- Comfortable working in a garage or automotive environment and not afraid to ask questions or learn the ropes.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience marketing garage/car services or working in automotive sales.
- Familiarity with local customer preferences and car maintenance basics.
- A bit of creativity for grassroots marketing ideas.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary of AED6000/month plus a truly motivating commission for every sale you make.
- Friendly, down-to-earth team that supports each other—no egos, just good people.
- Opportunities to learn about cars, customer service, and even some marketing along the way.
- Flexible approach to shifts and days off; we plan together so you don’t miss life’s important moments.
- The chance to work somewhere you’ll get honest appreciation and see the results of your efforts—for real.
At our garage, you won’t just sell services—you’ll become part of a team that prides itself on trust, authenticity, and keeping customers (and their cars) happy and safe. If that sounds like your kind of road, we’d love to meet you.
