About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the forefront of Ajman’s digital transformation? As our next Sales Executive, you won’t just be selling software and ready-made systems — you’ll be guiding clients toward smarter, more connected solutions that make a real difference. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill sales role; here, each conversation could spark a new partnership or unlock a novel application of cutting-edge tech. If you’re driven by results and thrive in a lively, growth-focused environment, let’s talk.
About the Company
Based in the bustling Al Bustan neighborhood of Ajman, we’re a technology company that prides itself on staying ahead of the curve. Our team is a lively mix of tech enthusiasts, creative problem-solvers, and go-getters, all aligned by a shared desire to make technology accessible and impactful for businesses across the region. Collaboration is part of our DNA — whether it’s brainstorming over strong coffee or cheering each other on during our Friday wins review (yes, snacks included). We’re growing fast, and you’ll be joining us at a pivotal time where your contributions will really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with potential and existing clients — you’ll be the trusted advisor, not just the salesperson.

- Conducting needs analysis with clients to understand their operations and recommend solutions that genuinely fit.
- Negotiating and closing deals with a win-win mindset.

- Tracking sales activity, progress, and pipeline in our CRM (don’t worry, it’s user-friendly).
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor offerings — curiosity and industry savvy are your friends here.
- Occasionally traveling within the UAE for on-site meetings and product demos.

- Results-oriented mindset with the discipline to follow up and follow through.
Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in Urdu (it helps you connect with even more clients in our market).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

We’re building something special here — and we’d be thrilled to have you help shape our next chapter.
