About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what it’s like to sell more than just property — to actually help someone find the place they’ll call home? That’s the heartbeat of this role. We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our team in Al Qulaiya, Sharjah, and honestly, it’s one of those positions where your earning potential is only limited by your own drive. If you’ve got the gift of the gab and a hunger to grow in the UAE’s ever-booming real estate market, this could be your starting block.

About the Company

Al Saqr Al Shamikh Real Estate isn’t just another brokerage — we’re a collective of property specialists operating across Sharjah’s most promising corridors. Part of a larger group of real estate firms, we’ve built our name on straight-talking advice and a genuine commitment to matching the right people with the right spaces. The vibe here is energetic but down-to-earth; you won’t find stuffy boardrooms or rigid hierarchies. What you will find is a team that celebrates wins together, shares leads openly, and treats every client like a long-term relationship rather than a one-off transaction. We’re growing fast, and we need people who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Hunting and nurturing leads — you’ll be prospecting potential buyers and tenants through calls, viewings, and follow-ups, turning cold enquiries into warm conversations.
  • Closing deals that make sense — from negotiating terms to handling paperwork, you’ll guide clients through the entire sales journey with confidence and clarity.
  • Showcasing properties — whether it’s a sleek apartment in Al Qulaiya or a sprawling villa nearby, you’ll present each unit in a way that highlights its true value.
  • Building your own pipeline — with the support of our existing listings and marketing materials, you’ll develop your own client base and referral network over time.
  • Staying sharp on market trends — knowing what’s selling, what’s renting, and why gives you an edge; we’ll help you stay informed.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • A high qualification (degree or diploma) — we care about your ability to think, not just your pedigree.
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills — you can read a room, handle objections, and keep conversations moving positively.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is a plus, but not a dealbreaker if you’re willing to travel with the team.
  • Self-motivation — you’re the kind of person who doesn’t need a babysitter to hit targets.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Some prior sales experience (though we genuinely welcome fresh faces — training will be provided).
  • Basic knowledge of the Sharjah real estate landscape or UAE property laws.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a definite bonus given our diverse clientele.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you — sometimes the best salespeople are the ones who didn’t think they were ready.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Attractive salary plus uncapped commissions — your hard work directly reflects in your paycheck, and there are monthly incentives for top performers.
  • Hands-on training and mentorship — if you’re new to the game, you won’t be thrown in the deep end; senior agents work alongside you until you find your footing.
  • Prime location in Al Qulaiya — you’ll be based in one of Sharjah’s most active growth areas, surrounded by new developments and serious buyer interest.
  • A supportive, non-toxic culture — we compete in the market, not against each other. Wins are shared, and help is always a desk away.
  • Real career progression — top performers aren’t just rewarded financially; they’re groomed for senior roles and team leadership as we expand.

At the end of the day, we’re looking for someone who sees real estate as more than just a job — a person who enjoys the buzz of a successful handshake and the satisfaction of a client who says, “You found us our home.” If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Walk me through how you’d handle a cold lead who calls about a property you’ve just sold — what’s your immediate move to keep that conversation alive?
  • Imagine you’re showing an apartment in Al Qulaiya and the client loves it, but their partner is clearly hesitant. How do you read that dynamic and steer the viewing toward a positive outcome?
  • What’s your approach to building a client pipeline from scratch when you don’t have an existing network in the UAE?
  • Tell me about a time you had to negotiate a deal where the numbers just weren’t lining up — how did you bridge the gap between what the client wanted and what made sense?
  • How would you go about learning the Sharjah property landscape if you were starting with zero local knowledge — what’s your first step?
  • Describe a moment when a client was unhappy with how things were progressing — maybe a delay or a paperwork issue. How did you handle it, and what did you take away from it?
  • If you had two serious buyers interested in the same villa, and both were ready to move quickly, how would you manage that without burning bridges with either party?
  • What does “closing a deal that makes sense” mean to you personally — not just for the commission, but for the client’s long-term satisfaction?
  • How do you stay motivated on weeks when leads are slow and viewings aren’t converting — what’s your internal drive?
  • We’re a team that shares leads openly and celebrates wins together. Can you share an experience where you put the team’s success ahead of your own individual target?
  • Real estate here can mean dealing with clients from all over the world. How would you adapt your communication style when you’re speaking with someone who’s not a native English speaker?
  • If a senior agent offered to mentor you but you had your own way of doing things, how would you handle that dynamic?
  • What

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Sales Executive role in Sharjah’s real estate market, especially with a structure like this that offers a base plus uncapped commissions, you should expect a competitive base salary of around 3,000 to 5,000 AED per month. Similar entry-to-mid-level sales positions in the UAE typically offer this range, but the real earning potential here lies in the commissions—top performers in this sector often double or triple their base with incentives. If you bring prior sales experience or strong local market knowledge, don’t hesitate to aim for the higher end of that bracket, as your ability to close deals quickly is a valuable asset to the team.
