About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how you might thrive at the intersection of people and opportunity? As a Sales Executive at Al Riyadah Facility Management Services in Sharjah, you’ll be on the frontlines of growth, driving meaningful partnerships and making a real impact on the company’s success. If you love the thrill of the chase (the sales chase, that is) and believe in building lasting client relationships, this role could feel less like a job—and more like your calling.

About Al Riyadah Facility Management Services

We’re not your typical facilities management company—we like to think of ourselves as a team of go-getters who care just as much about our clients as we do about each other. At Al Riyadah, growth is more than a buzzword: it’s woven into everyday life, whether it’s trying smarter sales tactics, sharing a laugh in the break room, or rolling up our sleeves on a new project. You’ll find a supportive group here, with Friday team lunches and plenty of encouragement to learn as you go. We value initiative, mutual respect, and the kind of teamwork where everyone’s voice can be heard. And yes, there’s always room for a little fun on the journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hitting your daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets—not just chasing numbers, but celebrating wins as a team.
  • Proactively generating new business leads, using a mix of cold calling, in-person visits, and following up on quality referrals.
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients—think ongoing collaboration, not just transactions.
  • Listening to potential clients’ facility needs and matching them with just the right solutions from our suite of services.
  • Keeping detailed records of sales activities so the whole team stays in sync (we promise, we keep the paperwork straightforward).
  • Attending industry events in the Sharjah area to keep Al Riyadah top of mind…and to expand your own network.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in facilities management, property services, or a related sector.
  • Confident communicator—comfortable reaching out cold or stepping into a room of new faces.
  • Strong organizational skills (aka: you don’t let the little things slip).
  • Ability to travel within Sharjah and surrounding areas for client appointments.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (even better if you have suggestions for improving ours!).
  • Local industry connections that might give you a head start.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission—your ambition is rewarded here.
  • Supportive team environment, where feedback is two-way, and wins are shared.
  • Real opportunities for advancement as Al Riyadah grows (we’re scaling up, and prefer to promote from within).
  • On-the-job training and support every step of the way—because your growth matters to us.
  • Regular team outings, friendly competitions, and yes, those legendary Friday team lunches.
  • Convenient office location in Sharjah, with flexibility for in-the-field work.

At Al Riyadah, you won’t just be selling services—you’ll be helping build something lasting, inside and out. If you’re ready to take your sales skills to the next level with a team that genuinely values them, this might be your next great move.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you share an example of a time you consistently hit or exceeded ambitious sales targets in the facilities management or property services sector? What strategies helped you succeed?
  • When prospecting for new business, what’s your approach to cold calling or outreach to ensure you gain traction and build quality leads?
  • How do you prioritize follow-ups, in-person visits, and referrals to maximize results without losing track of the details?
  • Describe your process for identifying a client’s facility management needs and matching them with the most relevant solutions from your company’s portfolio.
  • Have you ever used a CRM tool for managing your sales pipeline? If so, are there any features or workflows you find particularly helpful, or improvements you’d recommend?
  • Tell us about a time you built a lasting relationship with a client—how did you foster trust and ensure ongoing collaboration instead of just a one-off sale?
  • You’re meeting a potential client for the first time who’s hesitant about switching facility management providers. How would you approach the conversation to win them over?
  • Imagine you’re behind on your quarterly target—how would you regroup, motivate yourself, and refocus your efforts?
  • How do you balance meeting aggressive sales goals with maintaining detailed records and keeping your team informed?
  • Can you describe a time when working as part of a team helped you convert a challenging lead or close a tough deal?
  • How do you contribute positively to a team environment, particularly in moments of high pressure or when celebrating a shared success?
  • What matters more to you—individual recognition for high sales, or being part of a team where wins are shared? Why?
  • If a teammate offers you constructive feedback on your sales approach, how do you typically respond?
  • What attracts you to a company culture like Al Riyadah’s, and how do you see yourself fitting into a team that values both fun and hard work?
