What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers as they explore our range of electrical appliances, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Learning the ins and outs of our product line so you can confidently explain features, benefits, and technical details—don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!
- Handling sales transactions with accuracy and a smile, making sure each customer leaves happy.
- Maintaining attractive displays and keeping the showroom organized and inviting.
- Sales managers: Guiding and motivating your team, setting sales targets, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to hit team goals and share best practices—because when one of us wins, we all do.
- Staying up to date on new arrivals and promotions, and helping roll out in-store campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales (especially retail or appliances) is a big plus, but above all, you’re enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Friendly, approachable manner—customers should feel right at home with you.
- UAE residency (applications are open only to current UAE residents).
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends when needed.
- For sales managers: Experience leading a sales team or supervising in a similar setting.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A knack for explaining technical details clearly (if you’ve ever helped a friend set up a new gadget, you’re halfway there).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Passion for technology and home appliances.
