What You’ll Be Doing
- Building genuine connections with new and existing clients to understand their property needs
- Generating and following up on leads, from the first hello to the final handshake (or key handover!)
- Organizing and conducting property viewings in Rashediya 2 and around Ajman
- Staying up to date on market trends, pricing, and new developments — your insights will matter
- Advising clients on suitable properties, helping them navigate terms and paperwork
- Negotiating deals with empathy and professionalism to achieve a win-win outcome
- Coordinating with internal brokers, admin, and marketing to ensure seamless transactions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (bonus points if you’re already in Ajman)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English — comfortable switching between the two
- Motivated, driven, and hungry to learn about the real estate business
- Valid broker certification (as per UAE regulations)
- Excellent people skills; you enjoy talking to clients and aren’t afraid of a challenge
Nice-to-Haves:
- Your own car (it makes getting around Ajman a lot easier)
- Previous sales experience — doesn’t have to be in real estate, but definitely a plus
- Familiarity with Ajman neighborhoods or a strong local network
