About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself admiring the elegant lines of bespoke furniture and thinking, “I could sell that”? Here’s a chance to make your mark in Ajman’s thriving woodworking scene. We’re looking for a Salesman to bring energy, ideas, and a personal touch to our growing team. If you know your way around the UAE’s furniture retail landscape — and have a knack for building connections — this could be your next standout role.
About the Company
For over a decade, our Ajman-based team has been turning timbers into statement pieces — from custom cabinetry to show-stopping tables. We’re a close-knit group who believe every home (and every client) deserves something unique. Fridays might mean a quick tea break between showroom tours and design huddles, but our real pride comes from the solid craftsmanship that leaves our workshop every week. If you value quality and teamwork as much as hitting your targets, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers in the showroom and guiding them through our furniture collections — bringing stories behind each piece to life.
- Identifying client needs, suggesting tailored solutions, and closing deals with a consultative, confident style.
- Actively reaching out to new prospects — think networking at events, following up on inquiries, and building long-term client relationships.
- Leveraging social media: posting updates, engaging followers, and answering queries to drive both walk-ins and online sales.
- Keeping up with industry trends and using that knowledge to advise clients or suggest new offerings.
- Collaborating with our design and workshop teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record in sales within the UAE, preferably with a focus on furniture retail.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready for face-to-face client meetings.
- Professional and presentable appearance, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Confidence using social media platforms for business — whether it’s Instagram stories or answering WhatsApp chats.
- Friendly, consultative approach — you know how to listen, not just pitch.
- A sense of pride in your work, and a genuine enthusiasm for quality design.
Not sure you fit every single requirement? Reach out anyway! We value passion and potential just as much as experience.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Performance-based incentives — your hustle is recognized and rewarded.
- Supportive team environment where your ideas are encouraged (and sometimes debated over lunch!).
- Opportunities to grow within the company as we expand into new product lines and markets.
- Respect for work-life balance even in our busiest seasons.
- Convenient Ajman location, close to amenities and transport.
- Access to ongoing training in both sales and the finer points of woodworking.
Work should feel like building something great — together. If you’re keen to join a company that values ambition and authenticity, we think you’ll feel right at home here.
