About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever considered building your success story in Sharjah’s thriving real estate market? We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives (all nationalities welcome!) ready to dive into property sales in Al Qulaya'ah — where hustle meets opportunity. If you have the drive to achieve great results, this is your platform: a commission-based earnings structure with a fixed salary once you hit your targets, so your ambition truly pays off.
Who We Are
We’re a close-knit real estate team based in the heart of Al Qulaya'ah, Sharjah — and we believe real estate is personal. Here, it’s not just about closing deals; it’s about building long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Our office hums with a friendly energy, punctuated by team get-togethers and shared victories (yes, we do celebrate every win). With a blend of seasoned experts and enthusiastic newcomers, we pride ourselves on knowledge-sharing, mutual support, and a culture where every voice matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing, qualifying, and engaging prospective buyers and tenants for residential and commercial properties.
- Conducting property tours in Sharjah and providing clients with detailed, honest insights tailored to their needs.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients — your follow-ups, recommendations, and professional touch will set you apart.
- Coordinating closely with our listings team to stay up to date on available properties and market movements.
- Working towards sales targets and keeping accurate records of your pipeline and transactions.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse: staying ahead of market trends, competitor listings, and local regulations.
- Representing our brand at community events and open houses — you’re the friendly face out in the field.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Energy, resilience, and a true people-first approach — sales isn’t always easy, but you love the challenge.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, whether in Arabic, English, or both.
- Willingness to work on a commission structure (with the safety net of a salary once targets are met).
- Valid UAE residency status or ability to obtain company-sponsored residency.
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude (we succeed together).
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous real estate sales or customer service experience in Sharjah or a similar market.
- A driver’s license and confidence navigating Sharjah’s neighborhoods.
- Additional spoken languages — extra points if you can connect with a broader client base!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Transparent earnings: earn a competitive commission, with a guaranteed salary for meeting targets (and partial salary plus commission even if you fall short).
- Residency sponsorship provided, including all the paperwork handled by us.
- Company-provided accommodation — your comfort is a priority.
- Reliable transportation between properties, client meetings, and the office.
- A multicultural, inclusive team where your success is celebrated (think: team lunches, casual check-ins, and collaborative problem-solving).
- Real opportunities for growth: prove yourself, and greater responsibilities — and rewards — follow.
We’re looking for go-getters eager to make their mark in the Sharjah property scene — and we’re ready to invest in your growth. If you thrive on connecting with people and achieving your goals, you’ll fit right in.
